Virtual Hiring Events

CCH does not hire based upon political reasons or factors. Each candidate who interviews for a position is required to review and sign the No Political Consideration Certification (NPCC) form. Candidates applying to interview during a virtual event must complete the NPCC form, upload and submit as part of the virtual event registration process.
Candidates will have an opportunity to ask questions about the certification at the time of interview.

Please complete the “No Political Consideration Certification Form”

Applicant Process for NPCC Form

Here is the process for an applicant.  This is designed to be a self-service process for an applicant without any approval needed from CCH.

  1. Applicant goes to cookcountyhealth.org Careers page to find a link to the NPCC form
    OR
CCH team member at virtual event registration emails the link to the applicant
  2. Applicant downloads and completes the NPCC form (which includes 4 field)
    1. Name
    2. Date
    3. Position Title
    4. Signature

  3. Applicant saves a copy of the completed, signed NPCC form.

  4. Applicant shares the signed NPCC form with the event registration team (email or file upload in Brazen).

Future NPCC Form (Updates coming in early August)

We are working on a DocuSign version of the NPCC form. When ready, we would like to replace the link to the NPCC fillable PDF form with a link to the DocuSign NPCC form. This will take the applicant step by step through the process to digitally sign the NPCC form without having to download it.  Applicants will get emailed a copy of their signed NPCC form and HR will also get emailed a copy automatically
